Firag Adam, F & B Director, originally from Maldives started his career at a very young age and holds a strong passion for wines, spirits and diverse cuisines.

Chef Deepesh, Head Chef at Finolhu started his career as a culinary intern, he made his way up as Head Chef holding 17 years of culinary experience in top brand hotels, trained under celebrity chefs.
