Two (2) winners will be chosen randomly to win their Finolhu dream holiday (1 from Facebook and 1 from Instagram).
The winners will be announced on 6 November 2020 via Instagram & Facebook stories.
Terms and Conditions:
- This Instagram and Facebook giveaway is run by Seaside Finolhu. By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The contest is open worldwide and participants need to be at least 18 years of age and above and not employed with Seaside Finolhu and Seaside Collection.
- Participants can enter as much as they want provided the comments are genuine answers/entries and not spammy. Entries will be accepted until 31 October 2020 at 11.59 pm +6 GMT.
- Entries or comments that are deemed inappropriate, stolen and/or offensive will not be included.
- One grand prize winner will be randomly chosen and will receive a complimentary four-night stay in an overwater pool villa with daily breakfast and return seaplane transfers for 2 persons.
- After the account names of winners have been announced, Finolhu representatives will reach out to each winner via private message on the social accounts they used for the giveaway. Winners should respond to Seaside Finolhu to claim their prize within 7 days of the notification sent. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, Finolhu reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner, or forfeit the prize. If the accounts used are set to private and there is no way to reach the winning participants, the winners have 48 hours to message the resort using the profiles they used to inquire how to claim their prize.
- E-vouchers presented to the winners are valid for one year and are subject to availability and blackout dates. Advanced booking is required.
- Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. A winner will forfeit his/her prize if he/she is in breach of any of the terms and conditions or is found to have manipulated the competition.
